Audit training
Our clinical audit training aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to:
- Understand the differences between audit, evaluation and research
- Clearly define the scope of their own project
- Understand the role of patient involvement
- Understand and be able to undertake the processes involved in planning an audit
- Understand the components of a good audit
- Write an audit protocol for their service
- Describe how to obtain support and advice to undertake audit
